Take out fixing unit, drive it manually if fixing film do not rotate- apply some mixture of teflon grease and silicon oil on heater element. if fixing film rotating normally,check fixing drive unit.

Dear This error arises due to the rotation sensor of the sleeve at fixing assy. The fixing film assy.to be replaced or the film (to minimise the cost)may be replaced if the heater contact points are ok. If problem still found check the rotation sensor . Thanks.
