To settle this problem..

1st u call ur provider then they can send ur mms setting...
after that u go to camera setting and set ur quality 0.3,,,
then u can send mms msg..

conclusion..
u cant send mms on nokia c3 because your picture size is big when u set camera 2.0..
u need set camera 0.3
u can send mms below 100kb..
if more then 100kb..
u cannot sent mms.
but u must know..0.3 quality same like 2.0

Hi!

Your phone mms service is not yet activated. Activate it by sending a message. Just type MMS ON to 211.

just go to message setting-sending option-message centre number and check it whether it is correct or not otherwise contact your customer care

To send or Receive MMS you have to call your Customer Care and inform them to Activate that feature to your sim and then only you can able to send MMS

Call your service provider customer care, and they will send you the settings for sending MMS.

last time i had to do this i rang up my service provider eg (optus or telstra etc) n tell them u want to enable MMS settings...they'll ask u what modle phone u have etc then they should sms a link to ur phone...u open it and save it and u should be able to send mms...i think their called WAP settings
