if you are trying to unlock it from the network to use on a different providers network or to use internationally than you need to get the unlock code from the provider that supports that phone. keep in mind if you are going to use it on a diff network than what is was made for it may not work up to its full functionality, especially internet, bc the phone was designed for a specific network and the settings will not be the same.

Try deleting some messages in your INBOX and OUTBOX.

Here is the step-by-step introduction for you:
Step1. Download, install and then launch Video Download Studio from http://www.downloadvideos-convert.com/download-videos-music.

Check your battery voltage, you can do this with your tongue, if you feel a salty taste with pricking effect, then there must be no problem with it, but if you are not familiar with this testing, you'll not be able to assume the voltage.2. Please check your battery, if possible, you need to try it using another battery so that you can make sure it's not the culprit.

I'm afraid you'll have to hard reset your device, in order to get rid of your present condition. You, most probably, know that a hard reset will restore your device to its factory default settings, thus deleting all programs you have installed, as well as your personal data and settings. Hope you have a recent backup, to be used afterwards to restore all your settings. Anyway, to perform a hard reset, press and hold both the green TALK and the red END buttons, and, whilst keeping them pressed, briefly press the reset pin with the stylus pen. Keep pressing the keys until a confirmation request screen comes up. Confirm the procedure by release the keys and pressing the ENTER button.

• The problem here is that you don't actually have a camera flash on this phone. What you are mistaking for a flash on the back of your phone is a personal reflection mirror so that you can take pics of yourself. Well it sounds like the internal speaker has a problem. It may also be ringing funny at times. Unfortunetly there is no easy/cheap way to replace the internal speaker. If you have warrenty you should back everything up you can and take it in.

You can get new cases and other internal parts for this model but I didn't see the mainboard or speaker so your only replacment source maybe from HTC.

The board should be about $100 if it were available third party but I don't know htc's charge. They will usually have a flat refurbish or replacment fee that covers all repairs or you get a new phone back.

Since this is the case you may need to soft reset the phone.
The touch screens normally give problems whenever there is a little pressure applied to its surface e.g when you don't use a pouch but place the phone in a tight jeans pocket and thus will need,screen reallignment.As you may already know.
Now your phone has a soft reset function...try it! Or turn it off,remove the battery (not immediately! so you don't loose your settings then re-insert it after 25 secs.) and do a restart. This should allow you access the screen allignment settings so that you could fix your screen.

Only Telus can unlock it and only if the rent to own contract is paid off. If you take it to a third party unlocker, Telus can still lock it on you by using the IMEI number.I would urge you to edit out your IMEI number as it can allow the unscrupulous to clone your phone and make calls at your expense.
