Definitely not Home Depot. Try googling 'dremel model 395 switch', you'll probably come up with something. If not, there's always dremel themselves. This is a current model so there shouldn't be any real problem getting parts.
Sorry, don't know about installation, but I can tell you most of these dremels are real easy to fix in general, not complicated at all.

My Dremel 395 Type 6 use 120V rate, but my friend plug it direct to 220V (Vietnam use 220V rate). So my Dremel's VSC (Variable Speed Control) is broken. Please help me where to buy VSC 120V or 220V for Dremel 395 online, because I'm living in Vietnam and got it through Ebay.
