According to the manufacturer, the E728 does not have built-in Bluetooth. If you have a USB port to spare, you can get an inexpensive USB Bluetooth adapter and have Bluetooth that way.
I used to work for Acer (who own emachines) and I am pretty sure that that unit does not have a Bluetooth module, if you did it would start loading drivers & set itself up as soon as the button or key combo was pressed, it was a manufacturers option not standard.
When you press the key or button it will state in green lettering at bottom of screen "NO BLUETOOTH DEVICE".
Go to the manufacturer's website and install the driver from there. If you want to keep all the drivers updated so that your computer will work to the max then install RadarSync.
