You can find in the settings > phone settings > language.
You can also try:
Going to phone settings and select options. You should find the the settings for language there and should be able to choose your language.

To change languages:
1) Start menu
2) "Settings"
3) Go to "System" tab at the bottom
4) "Regional Settings"
5) Change your language in the drop-box at the top of the screen from "Italian" to "English"
[There are different kinds of English available depending on what you prefer]
6) Press "OK"
[There will be a message popup]
7) Restart the device to use the language

u have to hard reset ur device...and during installtion u have to select the desired region in which u r or u like to...then the language will change
