Even after switch off, there can be some discharge of static charges present in and around TV, hot plastic parts can contract and make some noise. Some sets have the cooling fan run for a few seconds more to reach a particular temp, before it is turned off. Just try switching off the power outlet, and removing the plug and see.
beep noise indicates that the RAM is not detected....
TURN OFF computer....remove power supply....open the cabinet and remove the RAM.... clean it using a soft non-moist cloth...plug it back....
your computer will start...
still if it is not starting, then the RAM might have gone faulty, try to check with other RAM.....
unplug it immediately. never tolerate a sizzle (frying noise) or a popping noise. do NOT replug. fire hazard.
contact serviceman for repairs. Sears Home Service can handle this for you.
It seems that the power supply unit has gone. If you power it on and nothing happens then obviously the psu has gone. The heat that you felt was the psu overheating because of no fan and hence no ventilation. The noise was of the faulty psu fan that got stuck or did not work and the psu got overheated and got burnt eventually.
Please replace it with a new one as a repaired psu may work but you cant rely on it.
yes this is power supply problem, the SMPS (Switch Mode Power Supply unit) inside your computer has gone bad. it has to be replaced to make your computer run, thank you,, plz rate me,,,
Looks like the printers internal electrical components have gone. if there is a tranformer in your printer then that is making that noise. or else even the motors might also be gone.
my strong suggestion take it to any authorized service personnel
Hi, it sound like that your monitor is totally dead. You can also try replacing the power cable just for us to know the caused of that issue. and after replacing the power cable it only means that the power supply of that monitor is not functioning well. You can take that monitor to the nearest service center in your area or call your monitor vendor for service.
