Try the support section of the Fujifilm website. But if you just connect to the computer without drivers, it should just see the camera as a storage drive and let you get at the pictures anyway.
Firstly you will need the CD that came with the device, insert into your machine and run setup.
If no CD was included, you will need to find the drivers and install these - The easiest way would be to do this from the manufacturers site, so you need make and model number - Google or go directly to the site and download drivers.
Your sound card probably requires a different driver for Vista (it may be too new for the driver CD to include it). Google search it and check the sponsored ads. There are quite a few web sites dedicated to helping you find and download the right drivers for your system. Hope this helps!
