Check control panel look if your bluetooth device is enabled, if not do this (on run type services.msc look for bluetooth devices make sure that the status is started or on ) also you can try downloading the bluetooth driver from here http://consumersupport.lenovo.com/ot/en/driversdownloads/APR_Driver_List.aspx?CategoryID=880973

Bluetooth not working on windos 8
Lenovo do not have Windows 8 bluetooth drivers on their support site.
You could try loading the WIndows 7 drivers (Broadcom Bluetooth Driver for Windows 7 32-bit or 64-bit)

Looks like theres is a problem with the operating system already. You might need to restore the computer back to the factory state. Turn off the computer then press the button that sits beside the power button. Follow the on screen procedure to restore the computer.
