Brake lights stay all time

Most likely problem is the brake light switch is broken or out of adjustment. The switch is located under the dash on the arm lever of the brake pedal. When the pedal is at rest, the arm presses the switch in and turns off the lights. If the switch gets loose, broken, or out of adjustment, it may not close and allow the lights to stay on constantly.

Keeps going from boiling hot to cold

At a guess either the shower head has become clogged/calcified or the piping inside the shower has become so.

This means that water stays in the system too long, becomes over heated and the failsafe cut off activates.

Try cleaning or replacing the shower head.

The device the sprayes water from the shower head has broken. The shower head does not unscrew for the shower arm. The shower arm is attached behind the tiled wall. How do I remove the shower arm and...

The shower arm should be screwed into an elbow inside the wall. Unscrew the shower arm by putting your pipe wrench on the arm and unscrewing in a counter clockwise direction ( lefty loosey, righty tighty ) . Measure the length of the arm going inside the wall and make sure your replacement has enough length to reach. Teflon tape the inside end ( the end going in the wall ) and wrap a rag around the new arm, then screw into the elbow going clock wise , stopping when it starts getting tight and with the bend facing downward. Install shower head.

Shower arm is loose

The best way is to cut a hole in the wall and fix it right. That will entail replacing the surface material, probably sheetrock. You could try some silicone sealant around the shower arm behind the eschusion. It will still move, but not much.
