Raise the level of the water. The dual flush water levels are minimal by design, but need the full flush volume of water. There should be a level line inside the tank, go about a 1/2" above.

Test the switch for the pump. If it is OK, then replace the control board.

Check the volage coming out of the control to make sure you have 120v. It could be the control is bad.Pull the pump and plug it into a 120v outlet. If the pump is good it will come on. If it is not working then it will not come on and will need to be replaced.

David, This seems to be a common question here. You mention power to that hard to reach motor, but did you check right at the motor input wires or at the feed to the electrical control switch? As you may know, the switch outside the tub is an air pump that connects via plastic tubing to the motor electrical control. If the air switch has failed or the tubing came off (both pretty unlikely) the switch will not get an air blast to operate it. My motor reset is also a bear (noticed the location when I put the tub in) so I can assure you there is one. I have had excellent experiences with Jacuzzi support. They talk to you and if they think you won't hurt yourself, they can help...not just schedule a service call. all the best.

Check your breaker in the breaker box. Is this an air tub or a water tub?

So you can hear the air blower turn on however there are no little bubbles coming out of the air injectors...I would have you verify that the blower is blowing air out. Either the hose has come off and it is blowing air under the tub or the fan has disengaged itself from the motor and is not turning.I will ask you to verify that one of those two things has happened or possibly the check valve in your system is closed and will not open.US Parts Center

turn the shut off valve under neith the sink counter clock wise. this shuts off the water. Then take the stem off. This is what the handle fits on to. Then write down any words on any part of the faucet. Then Take the broken handle and stem which usually unscrews and what you wrote down( the brand of faucet to home depot) and ask the plumbing specialist. Go any where from 10am till400pm thats the best time to get a plumbing specialist

I heard about the Neptune Whirlpool blower that it is new and best bath tub which is working automatically. It comes White, Biscuit or Bone colors. I am wondering to purchase it for my bathroom. But I don't know its original price. So please help me ?
