I HAVE STORM TDX5 CAN BE SITTING STILL AND THE CHAIR WILL TAKE OFF BY ITSELF AND GO WILD WHEN I SHUT IT OFF FINALLY IT COMES UP NEUTRAL TESTING AND WON'T GO ANYWHERE CAN YOU TELL ME IF IT IS THE JOYSTICK

Try this. Remove the seat pad and check the seat board and backboard are not broken or out of position. Next check all of the cross bars are not broken or loose. Examine each section of the chair for cracks or splits. Finally check all the bolts holding the whole chair together are positioned correctly and are tight. You could try getting someone to get into the chair while your lying on the floor watching the chair sections for any obvious reasons. These checks should solve the problem. If not you might have to consider replacing it.

Chair is in the neutral or freewheel position to allow for pushing the chair. Place each motor in the drive position and turn chair on again.

Standing in front of the High chair, on either side of the back of the chair are two plastic pieces, that look like they serve no purpose. They are curved at the bottom, to hold your finger. Place your fingers on the bottom of these two pieces and pull up.
Magically, the chair will fold towards you. You can also easily remove the foot rest to get a flatter fold, so that the chair fits into a smaller space.

There are many different types of camping chairs although the fall into three main categories, basic camping chairs, comfortable camping chairs and lightweight camping chairs.

When buying a beach chair, there are few things you should look for. Most importantly make sure that they are comfortable to sit on. Then, make sure they are light and can be transferred easily. Finally, make sure the chair reclines to your desired position.

Has your scooter been sitting idle for several weeks, or has it been connected to the charger 24 hours a days for a long time? If so, the batteries may have become damaged and will give you enough power to turn the controller on but not enough to make the motors run.
If the lights come on and are steady, the manual brake levers are in the drive position and the chair still will not move, I recommend replacing the batteries. If anything else were wrong, either the lights would flash or not come on at all.

If he put in the batteries (2) properly, they should never sizzle. Some will emit a very minute spark when the final connection is made, but that is normal. There are fuses coming off of each battery to the power controller that will blow at 40 to 100 amps or so, depending on the chair; these will blow before the chair frying, or the circuit breaker will trip, or the controller will fry and all will be quiet on the chair, so I am going to say that the batteries weren't properly hooked up, otherwise on of the above items would have shut everything down. Continuous flashes indicate trying to start the chair while it is still on the charger, or with the joystick off-center. Make sure it is unplugged and notohing is resting against the joystick. If it's still a no-go, then you have either a joystick issue or controller issue. You will need to test those by replacing with known good controller/joystick, which a dealer should be able to do for you. Good luck.

The flashing will come on if the chair is in neutral or if the charger is still plugged in when you turn it on. Place the chair in neutral (freewheel) by shifting the levers out, then place firmly back into drive.

Unplug from the charger and it should fire up. Sometimes, the chair will also go into "sleep mode".
Check your owners manual for this. Note, some have sleep mode potential but it's not in the manual, and if someone inadvertantly hits the right series of motions with the joystick, you can inadvertantly put it to sleep. Try turning the chair off, wait three seconds and power back up, then immediately press the "horn" button. This wakes up most of them. Others you need to power off, turn back on and then move the joystick forward, backward then forward again.

Try using a Voltage meter to test the Voltage coming from your batteries. Your batteries should be as close to 12v. your motors are 24v. Even if just one battery is bad this can cause alot of headaches.
