Page 7 of the manual list some options. Please make sure that you're cooling full bottles in your machine for at least 60 minutes. That is, cooling take at least 60 minutes. Heating is only 3. Double check that the fuse linked to the outlet that powers your machine hasn't blow. For more details, please check page 7 of your product manual.

Probably the easiest possible solution might be to raise the freezer temperature a bit. If the freezer does not have a built-in thermometer that shows the temperature, get one and sit it inside the freezer. Wal-Mart should have these.

The temperature in a freezer should be around zero, plus or minus a few degrees. If the freezer shows a temperature significantly less than zero, you could certainly adjust the temperature control to raise the temperature a bit without causing any problem.

The water line runs outside the freezer for most of its run. However, it must come inside to reach the water dispenser. This short distance is where it would be susceptible to freezing.

Hi. The only way to adjust the water temp is to adjust the thermostat inside the fresh food section. Get a thermometer and make sure the temperature is around 34 degrees.

There is a solinoid valve that opens when you push the switch in. It has apparently failed and is leaking. Sometimes taking it apart and cleaning it will fix the problem.
