Accidently changed the code and can't find the codes to change it back!
my pop lost the manual so i have no codes and i dont know how to program it ... im ready to give up hope.... PLEASE HELP ME

usually you dig out the manual and check it out it will tell you an unlock code to delete the lock code and make a new one
what too do is use google with your model number like

Programmable code number for DVD/VCR [Sony] is _ 601 (Sony Dream System)
Programmable code for SAT/CABLE is _ 801 (Sony Satellite Receiver)
Above stated both codes are common for [SONY KLV-S19A10 _ KLV-S26A10 - KLV-S23A10 AND KLV-S32A10 compactable]. OK.
Sony uses A LOT of their Codes over and over again.
So I would say the free route is grab a Learning Remote (JER422) hopefully does it.
Ask who has a Sony TV and Copy their Codes and test it on yours.
Some or all will work it's trial and error, But Sony is pretty good with that repeat the Codes thing!
