You need to change out the caps on the video processing board,caps (smd) type have gone bad ,must replace the caps by exp. or qualified tech,must be able to unsolder and solder components ,make sure to clean board with some denatured alcohol ,board gets saturated by electrolyte that leaks out of the caps,common problem ,happens in all electronics,that or take it to the shop,caps look like little silver round cans

High definition ready is different to Full High defintion for the simple reason the software is different to prove play a HD play station game on both and you will immediately see the difference in picture quality however the difference is not so significant on your normal satellite HD channels depending on the resolution the TV can produce
