We have a 1-year-old Maax neo-round sliding-door shower stall. One of the upper sliding door brackets (gray with white roller) is cracked, due to the cleaning lady knocking into one of the half-open doors more than once. It needs to be replaced. I live in New York City. How can I quickly get a replacement bracket? Thank you.

Not hearing from FixYa, I called a store that sells Maax showers. They advised me to call Maax in Canada directly, and they gave me the toll free number. The advisor at Maax told me he will send me, at no charge at all, 8 new brackets of a new (and much better) design. That's the good part. The down side is that it won't arrive until next week.
