Images too green for canon i9900 - Canon i9900 InkJet Photo Printer

Come back to me with the flash sequence of both lights. that tells you what is wrong. Its more accurate than any error code.

Install the driver from canon website the driver that works for i9900(win 7 64bit ...what ever you have), reboot
go to device manager, highlight the i9900 and goto update driver. and it works! at least for me.

try;

• Snap in ink tanks properly i9900
• Perform deep print head cleaning (Mac OS 9) i9900
• Perform deep print head cleaning (Mac OS X) i9900
• Perform deep print head cleaning (Windows) i9900
• The i9900 may require repair
• The Print Head may need replacing - i9900

You will need new Windows 7 software drivers for this model and I don't think that Canon has released any. Check their website (www.usa.canon.com) and see if they are available. Good Luck . . . .

Have you tried software update? According to this article, http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3669#epson, it says Canon has updated it's drivers via Software Update.
OR
f possible, spray some Windex in the heads and let it sit for, oh, 10-15 minutes. Then try to print. Any dried ink guck will be dissolved by the Windex.

I'm not clear on your problem but you can try this<a href="http://www.richardsnotes.org/archives/2006/05/17/canon-i9900-printer-problem-and-solution/" >Link for simular problems.</a> You may find the solution there.

You can try I think it is, but also try cleaning the heads that also will gave the same code
Canon i9900 waste tank reset
1) With the printer powered off, hold down the resume button and press the power button.

2) While holding down the power button, release the resume button and press the resume button twice in succession. Now release the power
button. The indicator will blink in green and remain lit in green.

3) Press resume 4 times (Green) for Waste ink counter reset.

4) Press the power button. The printer will switch itself off after performing the function.

Or try

1) Power off printer
2) Hold RESUME button then press and hold POWER. (The beeper MAY sound once, or may not depending on your model.)
3) Hold POWER and Release RESUME.
4) Press RESUME twice then release both POWER and RESUME buttons.
5) When the indicator lights steady, press RESUME 4 times (for the S900, 3 times for the 8200 apparently).
6) Press power to set data.
7) Print away!

is that the case with test page, too? sounds like a color transform issue from your photo application to the printer..
