It looks like it is a CT-27 not CT-027!

Get a replacement remote.

You will usually find the instructions for using a remote control in the manual for the TV that the remote came with. For the Panasonic EUR7613Z70, this includes the CT-36E33. there is a single ic you need to find, usually location ic301 or 401---it will have between 7 and 13 pins in a single straight row---a generic number is printed on the front---usually begins with a LA but can be different

Locate the chip and gain access to the bottom of the board, the pins on the chip break loose from heat==SOLDER ALL THE PINS BACK AND YOU SHOULD BE GOOD TO GO---its a very common problem in these sets.
something like this with more pins possible--will be attached to metal of some sort to keep it cool.

sound like yoke short problem. replace same yoke as possible . good luck!

my Panasonic CT-36SL145J won't turn on

The problem here is that the vertical IC either has bad connections or is defective. Look for a small flat IC with about 11 pins attached to a heat sink. It will be marked LA7837 or something similar. Try resoldering the pins on the IC first. If that fails to resolve the problem replace the IC.

Parental Lock Feature

Combo's
With unit on and no cassette inside, hold the rec/time button on the front of unit for 7 seconds.
CTV's Lock Mode
Only the on/off button will work,the others have no effect. Press the action and power buttons at the same time on the front of the set for 10 seconds or so.

LCD TV's, Lock Mode
If customer forgot Parental Lock Code, unit must be re-initialized.
Press and hold the Volume down button on the front panel, press the OK button on the remote for 5 seconds.
