CrazyerChris is correct. 3200+ is the max you can get, although your motherboard says it only supports up to 3000+.
Although you will notice a small increase in performance, I would also recommend upgrading your motherboard to accomodate a dual core processor and DDR2 ram. That will give you the best increase for your money since socket A are pretty much phased out.

if you want to upgrade to the dual core your gonna need to upgrade the motherboard as well
