Change the charge and transfer rollers under the cartridge is the transfer roller and attached to the top door is the charge rolelr. Part #'s 99a1015 Transfer Roller and Part # 99a1017 Charge Roller.

Click on the Microsoft, Macintosh or Unix/Linux dropdown to choose the version of the operating system of your computer. Download and install the software. Hope this helps.
