I am not familiar with that model, but it sounds like your fill valve is leaking or the water level in the tank is too high. Take the toilet tank top off and flush the toilet. When the water gets full and you hear the water stop ( except for your leak) look at the flush valve. Is water running over the top of it and running into the hole in the middle? Then the float need adjustment.
If you are hearing you leak still, lift up on the float. Did it stop? if so the valve may need adjustment due to it not seating completely. You can probably find something online (youtube) easier than I can explain it.

Fills, goes 4 minutes and fills, pauses, then fills, pauses then fills, over and over

Sounds like its syphoning out the water. If it was overfilling, you would have water everywhere, the machine would eventually flood. Check the drain hose. Make sure the end is higher than the water level in the machine and that there are no extensions running outside which have an end lower than the water level in the machine, it will start syphoning, usually after the first pump out.

Bosch SHE44C06UC/22 won't fill with water even though you hear water running somewhere.

Check to make sure there is no residual water underneath the unit, they have a flood sensor and if it is picking up water in the motor area it won;t run.

Reset dishwater

No fill..no water..
Check the problem on the filling section...
The machine should fill first of all and after this to run in any of the cycles.
Can be..solenoid for fill.
the water line is close :)
the drain solenoid is broken and all the water is draining
Good luck

I have a kenmore coldspot model 51559101. The water dispenser is working and I can hear the motor for the ice maker but no ice....

Ice maker stopped making ice. For this problem you have check few things. First thing, is the water filling in the ice maker chamber and then ice maker not making ice? Or, the water is not filling in the ice maker chamber so it's not making ice. If the water is not filling in the ice maker chamber then it's clear that ice is not getting made due to no water in the chamber. For no water filling, the problem is either water supply valve turned off so water is not filling. Turn on the water supply and it will fill. But if the water supply is turned on then the other possibility is ice blockage in the water fill tube. There is a tube from which the water runs and enters the ice maker chamber. If this tube is blocked then water will not enter the chamber. The tube needs to be defrosted, by using hair dryer. This procedure melts the ice collected in the tube and water starts running again. But if water fill tube is completely clear and no ice blockage or any other blockage. Then other possibility is water valve. This water valve is for letting the water in the ice maker. The water valve open only for 7 seconds and in this time the water fills in the ice maker chamber and then water valve closes and the same procedure runs again in the next water filling cycle.------- The main valve on the back of the fridge section. This main valve lets the water enter the refrigerator .In most of the cases the fault is water valve . ------------- The other above possibilities which I gave you is water not filling in ice-maker chamber so it's not making ice. But now consider that water is filling in ice maker chamber but it's still not making ice. Then the problem is ice maker unit itself. This unit is controlled by main board. But in most cases if water is filling the ice maker but it's not making ice then its faulty ice maker unit. So see if the problem is water not entering the ice maker then the water fill tube is frosted by ice or the water valve is faulty. Replace the valve. ------------

My icemaker has stopped working. It will come out, but the icemaker is no longer filling with water.

Either the water filling line is clogged or blocked or the water inlet valve is faulty. Ice maker stopped making ice. For this problem you have check few things. This water valve is for letting the water in the ice maker. The water valve open only for 7 seconds and in this time the water fills in the ice maker chamber and then water valve closes and the same procedure runs again in the next water filling cycle.------- For your information I will mention that there are two valves. One is the main valve the back of the fridge section. This main valve lets the water enter the refrigerator and other valve is at the back of ice-maker section. This other valve lets the water to enter the ice maker. Kenmore dishwasher will not fill with water model no 630.1609406. It will run a full cycle but not fill. Water was temp shut off to replace kitchen sink and now dishwasher won't fill with water. No fill...

First, are you sure that the machine is not filling?
I go on calls all the time for this problem and it turns out than the machine fills but the wash motor does not run. This leaves soap in the bottom of the DW so it looks like it did not fill with water. This is a common problem in dishwashers that have not been run for a few months, and is quite common after a remodel. If it IS getting water, the motor is probably stuck. If it is Not getting water the first step is to locate the "over fill" float inside the dishwasher. This will be a round sort of mushroom looking thing on the floor of the machine near the door on the right or left. Make sure it moves freely up and down. It will only move about 1/4 inch but If it is stuck up, the machine will not fill. If float is O.K. then check the water source. Turn of water to DW. Remove the kickplate under DW door and disconnect the waterline from fill valve (should be on front left side of unit). Run waterline into bucket then turn on the water. If you don't get water call your plumber. If you get water then you need to check the fill valve. Connect a volt meter to the 2 wires on the fill valve. Start DW. First the diswasher should start draining, then it will start filling. At this point (a few minutes into the cycle) you should see 120v AC at the fill valve. If you do see 120v Ac, replace the valve. If you don't , then turn off the machine and check the float switch. This is located under the DW right under the mushroom thingy. The switch should have continuity when the DW is empty. If there is no continuity then replace the switch.

The Motor is running but will not fill with water. I checked the water supply and drained the water out but it still will not fill with water.

symptoms:
>Motor is running
>not fill with water
Causes:
>machine "thinks" it is already filled with water because motor is running

Sol'n:
>manually fill with water to proper level and close door...re-fill as needed...until machine commences next phase
...if no machine shows no new actions after above has fulfilled, then the main controller circuit is somehow bad
...if machine does advance to next step, then you have a faulty signal from water level switch...could be bad switch or wiring to it.

The water continues to drip after the ice cube maker is full.

Sounds like the water fill solenoid valve is leaking by. You will have to change that solenoid valve if the water continues to drip into the ice maker tray after a normal fill cycle. http://www.partselect.com/AdvancedModelSearch.aspx?ModelNum=JCD2295HES&mfgModelNum=JCD2295HES&fkMfgID=1
