Where do i plug in the led light and power switch on motherboard d102ggc2? it has to sets of wires blue and White and a Black and White

Also, see if the Blue, and Black pair of twisted wires has a small tag on it/them. Look for HDD. HarDDrive. Believe Black ,and White twisted pair of wires, are for the Power On switch. If you cannot see where they end in the Front Panel, (Front Bezel), then remove the Front Panel, follow the twisted pair of wires up to the Power On switch. (Behind the plastic Power On button) Also, follow the twisted pair of wires that come out of the HarDDrive activity LED, in the Front Panel.

My power led connector (green, white) power sw connector (black, white) got out of place and i dont where they go

The eMachines T3302 desktop computer, uses an FIC K8M-800M motherboard.
(First international Computer, Inc.)

Where those wires go on the motherboard, is termed a Front panel header.

The Front Panel is the plastic front bezel of your computer.
(Where the Power On button is, Power On LED light, and so on)

Looking at the motherboard with the Processor to the Top, Ram Memory slots to the Right, the Front Panel header is at the bottom right corner, and over to the left.

Look at the jumper block in the bottom right corner. Right in the corner.
This is the LED type selector, jumper block.
Has 6 pins.
3 across the Top, 3 across the Bottom.

(This jumper block is to set whether you are using a Power On LED light, that has Dual Colors, or a Single color.
The default setting of the jumper on the block, is set to use a Dual Color LED light, for the Power On LED)

Move to the left of this jumper block. The Front Panel header is to the left of this jumper block.

(FIC terms it a Front Panel Block Connector)

It should be White in color.
Is right against the bottom edge of the motherboard. (Parallel to the outside edge of the motherboard)

Has two rows of pins sticking up.
5 across the Top.
4 across the Bottom.

The pins are numbered from the Right, going towards the Left.

(From the Power On LED jumper block, towards the Front Panel header)

On the Top row going from Right, towards the Left,
Pins 1 ,3, 5, 7, and 9.

On the Bottom row going from the Right, towards the Left,
Pins 2, 4, 6, and 8.

A) Pins 1 and 3 are for the Power On LED light.
Pin 1 is for the Positive ( + ) wire.
(Green)

B) Pins 5 and 7 are for the Power On switch.
Pin 5 is for the Positive ( + ) wire.
(Black)

[Although it really doesn't matter which way the wires go. It's a SWITCH]

C) Pins 2 and 4 are for the HarDDrive activity LED.
Pin 2 is for the Positive wire ( + )

D) Pins 6 and 8 are for the Reset switch.
(IF used)

If any of your LED lights are dim, after attaching the Positive wire for each LED, it's because the Positive wire is on the wrong pin.
Switch the wires around

Need to re-attach power button cable, hard drive

The manual for your computer is available from emachines, p.168 shows the info you need (replacing the front I/O panel)
http://downloads.emachines.com/userguides/8511279_eM_NG3_chassis_HW_ref_en.pdf

The good news is that you can't harm the computer by connecting the wires wrong and the bad news is they just won't work the way they are supposed too if not connected properly. The LED's must have the correct polarity to work.
In general, if you look real close (as in magnifying glass and flash light) you will see the ID for each set of pins is printed on the motherboard (pwr, rst,HDD,pwr sw,speaker) Just match what it says on the motherboard to what it says on the wires. Don't worry if you get the polarity wrong. If a light doesn't work just swap the two wires. The colored wires should be positve (+), though. The reset (rst) and power switch (pwr sw) wires don't require polarity.
These instructions are for most computers in general, YMMV.

I need to find out where the 3 little plugs go that are connected to the power button theres a blue/white black/white red/white plugs comming from it going to the motherboard

Sometime these connectors from the desktop case front panel have labels indentifing what each connector/plug is for. From your description they could be a reset switch or LED indicators for hard disk or power light etc.
If the plugs are not labeled then trace the wires back to the front panel to identify what they are attached to.
When you connect the LED indicators to the motherboard and it does not light up when they suppose to, then turn the plug around 180 degrees.
The LED are polarity sensitive ie they only light up if the + and - leads are connected to the motherboard correctly.

Gigabyte GA-8INXP Motherboard Problem- front connector pins

If the wires from the reset switch is white/blue the blue wire is positive, Hdd red/white red is positive power Green/white Green is positive etc. The wires on the speaker connector will be red/black/black/white - red is positive. The colored wire is always positive. On all GA mb's the positive connection is always towards the back of the MB and are marked with a + on the base of the pin as you can see on the photo.
