I have an HP deskjet F300 All-in-one series, using it for a year, no problem. I am an elderly not very good operater though. I don't know what I might have accidentally changed. today I am trying to print out a note that I have just written in wordpad. When I press print in the file, a small window appears and in it is a side heading 'status' out of paper offline. I have the tray full of paper and I don't know what offline means.

Offline means that you have it not in line ..open your start button(bottom left of screen) then settings, then control panel will appear...directly under that is a line that says Printers..click on that..it will open up another panel..find your printer.

right click on your printer, and select use online

Why won't my Hp f300 series copy?

Download the most current driver from HP. Disconnect the printer from the computer and uninstall the drivers you have installed, you might have to restart the computer. Install the downloaded driver, it will tell you when to plug in your printer and turn it on. If it still does not show the printer, you may have a USB problem. Go to Device Manager and uninstall the USB Controllers and reboot the computer

HP Deskjet F300

When you click 'print' on your computer, change the printer-settings to "double-sided" or "print on both sides", and then click OK. The printer will do the rest.

I have a HP printer on the front it sayd HP Deskjet F380 but on the back it had f300 all in one series with the model number beingQ8130A. i need a psu for this printer can u help?

HP Deskjet F380 falls under the F300 all in one series of HP Printers.
You need to contact your nearest HP dealer to buy a PSU for your printer. Or else contact HP Technical Support over phone for more info.

Want to intstall, can't find disc.

Since your model (F300) doesn't show at the US HP Support site, it must have been manufactured for another market (outside the US), so figuring out which countries it's marketed in will help in finding the driver to get your printer working with your new computer. If you know or find out let us know? Otherwise I'll try to see if I can figure out where the F300 is marketed and supported.
Good luck.

Bought an HP Deskjet F300 All-In-One series last Dec./07 for my daughter for Christmas, installed it on computer no problems. Our computer crashed last week. Bought a new windows XP computer. Now I need to...

Here's the HP support page for F300 series printers: http://h20180.www2.hp.com/apps/Lookup?h_lang=en&h_cc=us&cc=us&h_page=hpcom&lang=en&h_client=S-A-R163-1&h_pagetype=s-002&h_query=deskjet+f300&submit.x=2&submit.y=7
But F325 is the lowest number listed for the driver (that's what you need from the CD to install your printer on the new computer).
I hope this helps, and good luck.
