My laptop cannot type letter k .i need to cut and paste the letter.it is very inconvenient.sometimes.the letter k repeatedly typing by itself...so annoying to delete it.like kkkkkkkkkkkkkk.ughhh...first i thought it was because virus.but when i scan no virus was detect. i just want to know what is the actual problem and the best solution.please help me.thank you..

I found the answer to this situation: To turn off delay print function, Push the print mode button on the upper right hand control keyboard.

Numlock is turned on, press the FN button on lower left and look for the numlock key, you should see numbers 1-9 on the keys that you have been pressing, those buttons have numbers and the letters, just turn the numlock off, and they will be letters again.

I am convinced. If the situation were not serious I would say that you invented a new language.
It seems that the letters concerned are aligned in two columns. Possible that the wires are not well electrically isolated. I would suggest you try to clean the keyboard with a soft brush or compressed air. If that does work you should have the keyboard repaired.Was some electolytic liquid (salt water, orange juice) spilled on the keyboard by any chance?
