Konica Minolta bizhub C250 All-In-One Laser Printer Logo
Anonymous Posted on Jul 28, 2010

My konica Minolta Bizhub c250 is printing an image that is faded in sections and reprints very subtly in other sections where it should be white space. Can you help me fix this problem?

  • Anonymous Jul 29, 2010

Thanks for your help. I think I figured it out. Looks like someone pushed the two green flipper tabs (inside the right door) down for some reason. I pushed them back up so they are loose and the image looks a lot better.

It could be either your image transfer belt that needs replacing, or your fuser unit. Check the transfer belt first, that's the most common cause for "ghost images"

    technicalor,
What would cause the print on the page to be so light you can read it? Is that the drum, the transfer belt or the fuser unit? and how can I tell?

  • technicalcor Mar 22, 2011

Most common cause for light copies is probably toner or dust on the laser unit glass, but it could also be a problem with your toner supply to the developer unit. Take out the developer units ( underneath the toner cartridges) and make sure they turn easily when you turn the gears and check the magnetic roller on the developer unit if there is enough toner on it.

My konica minolta c250 is not ready but displaying warming up for a very long time and it did not ready still yet

Warming up means that the copier is not getting hot enough in fuser section, Secondly during that time certain internal house chores are done by the copier to prepare it for READY TO COPY. Are all the image units and toner cartridge OEM!!!??? second has each image unit and toner properly shaking ensure toner in toner cartridges and developer in the image units is spread evenly across each pull each out. shake side ways to ensure spread evenly, last time toner full was run nd gradation adjustments run ?

KONICA MINOLTA BIZHUB C250 Printed only magenta

Does the demo page do the same? Mite have image control board failure. And electrical storms on a good surge protector not a Ace hardware 19.99 special, of course nothing against Ace Hardware :). Could also be a High Voltage board failure. Meter count page OK print out.

Konica C250 has a faded line on the prints. Prints colors well except for the Faded line.

The developer powder needs to be replace. for whatever color that's faded, wont be the drums.

Bizhub c250 minolta all in one no color printing

What driver are you using? The only reason I have seen when these machines do not print in color is if you are using a PCL6 driver which is black and white only. Be sure you are using the PCL5c driver if you want to print in color.

Reprint

yes, if your model has a harddrive...

as far as i know your printer should have command tools on a cd... install that software, add your printer there and search in the drivers panel "print & hold" option and check that option!
