It could be either your image transfer belt that needs replacing, or your fuser unit. Check the transfer belt first, that's the most common cause for "ghost images"

What would cause the print on the page to be so light you can read it? Is that the drum, the transfer belt or the fuser unit? and how can I tell?
Most common cause for light copies is probably toner or dust on the laser unit glass, but it could also be a problem with your toner supply to the developer unit. Take out the developer units ( underneath the toner cartridges) and make sure they turn easily when you turn the gears and check the magnetic roller on the developer unit if there is enough toner on it.

Thanks for your help. I think I figured it out. Looks like someone pushed the two green flipper tabs (inside the right door) down for some reason. I pushed them back up so they are loose and the image looks a lot better.
