Here is the link from where you can download the drivers (Windows XP) that will work with Windows 2003 Server.
Click Here
Select Windows XP from the list, download and install that driver... It is compatible with Windows 2003 server edition...

Driver for hp deskjet F380,windows7 compatible

Please check the windows 7 compatability list to see if your F380 is supported under the Windows 7 OS. Find the hardware list here: http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/hcl/default.mspx

If the 380 is listed, there will be additional information there ... if it is not listed, you are probably out of luck using this printer with your nedw OS.

You need to uninstall the driver and then reinstall the drivers for the HP Desk Jet and check for the issue

HP Deskjet F380 All-in-One Compatible with vista

I had the same problem. I could print, but not scan.

However, if you open up Paint and go to file and scan, it will scan your document. For some reason, using the scan button on the printer itself will not work with Vista, but using Paint will. I also heard that using Windows fax and scan will also work.
