Go to Settings or Control Panel and select Printers - double click the icon. Here you will find the Print Queue. Delete all jobs in the Print Queue (the first one is probably the problem child and is stopping any others from progressing).
This will free up the Print Queue which should now be ready to accept new Print jobs.
Note: The Spooler is an area where Print Jobs are stored ready for Printing and as long as the previous print has finished then the next job in the Spooler will progress to be printed onto paper.
Good luck.
1. On your computer, browse to Start -> Run and type in NET STOP SPOOLER (this
will stop the print spooler service)
2.
Browse to your windows\system32\spool\PRINTERS\ folder. You should see files
there ending in .SPL and .SHD created around the time you tried to print -
delete these files.
3.
Browse to Start -> Run... and type in NET START SPOOLER (this
will restart the print spooler service)
4.
Double click the printer icon in the lower-right corner of your taskbar to
examine your print job queue and browse to View -> Refresh.
Try to print again.

I can't get the printing job to delete or cancel. Even when the printer is off a page comes up and says there is an error. It also wants to print hieroglyphics and blank pages.
