I need a new replacement k-cup portion pack and filter assembly

Are you saying that you have this situation?
1. you have a K-cup machine that stopped working.
2. water is not being sucked up out of the water reservoir.
3. and no water is being pumped through the little K-cup

I don't know the answer, but am just trying to clarify your question, so that those who MAY know can better understand what you're asking. So, does that correctly describe your situation?

If you are referring to the this wiring or hi-tension wires, you will have to replace them. After market parts sell them in pack. If you are referring to insulation on the coil pack itself you will have to replace the assembly. For the ordinary wiring you may replace each of the wire or make some splicing and replace portions of the wire. You will need to solder it and insulate the solders with electrical tape.

I googled this problem for 3 days. I was reluctant to try anything that would screw up my machine, as I have been very happy with it, except for the re-usable filter performance.
I wiggled the o-ring washer around top sharp thingie by maybe 1/8 inch and that fixed it. K-cups are running normal as well.

There is a black clip at the top of the dirt cup which holds the dirt cup in place on this vacuum. Pull back on this clip with one hand and with the other you will be able to remove the entire dirt cup assembly. Once the dirt cup assembly is off remove the lid, and take the bottom portion to the trash can and dump. Tap the side of the cup slightly to remove excess dirt. Romove the dirt cup filter inside and do the same. Replace the fiter and the lid and put it back on to the machine. You should replace the dirt cup filter every 6 months to a year. Part is below:

I had same problem and called Keurig. They advised me that the gasket in the upper portion, where the top needle is needs to be brought down about half way, almost even with the bottom of the top needle. Be careful not to poke yourself. I brewed a cup with the resuable filter assembly and it worked great. It should stay in that position until you use an actual k-cup. When using it will push the gasket back up, as it needs pressure to puncture the hole. To go back to the resuable filter, you will need to lower the gasket again. She advised me that they are working on a fix for this issue and will notify you of any replacement parts, as long as they have your current contact info.
