Your HDD has corrupted. I'd advise you to put your operating cd in cd tray and reboot. once it says boot through CD hit any key on keyboard and follow the wizard for repairing your corrupt operating system. This thing occurs when some virus corrupts your boot.ini or auto.exe. Ignore the repair option when it comes for the first time. type r when it comes for the second time in wizard
