We had this frig delivered Monday night. The delivery team set it up and turned it on. Now it has been over 36 hours and neither the frig or the freezer have cooled down at all. I even tried the power cool cycles and nothing. It is not on the showroom setting. I have called Samsung and Lowes and nobody can figureout what is wrong.

Is the compressor running? If so, feel the discharge line is the line cold? If not the unit is probably out of Freon, which means it will have a leak somewhere in the system.
So lets start with this do you hear any clicking noises coming from behind the frig? Can you hear the fan running in the freezer? Does the frig cool at all?
Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. Be aware removing the feet and or wheels will make moving it even empty likely to damage the floor. A better option might be to remove flooring if possible. A quarter inch is not much and maybe the cabinets could be trimmed? Eric
You are setting your fresh foods side to 34 but the display will go back to showing the actual temp. It is still set at 34. The refrig should be able to reach the 34 setting, so although 40 is an OK temp for a refrig, it is not what you set it to and you are definitely having a problem with the unit. Instead of starting to go through a long list of checks, I would advise you to call for warranty service, as the unit is only 3 months old.
