My email n password dont match, how can I fix it?

The procedure to troubleshoot email account login issues may vary depending upon your email service provider. So, to let us suggest you a specific solution, can you please share with us the name of your email service provider?

In the meanwhile, we recommend you to make sure that all the keys on your keyboard are functioning properly. If one or more keys are jammed or have stuck up, the keys that you hit may not display characters correctly on your login page. Also, make sure that the functional keys like Caps Lock and Nums Lock are On or Off only when required. To make sure that the keys on your keyboard are working fine, you can first try typing your email ID and password on a Notepad or Word Document and see if they come up correctly. If the keyboard is working fine, we suggest you to try typing your email ID and password slowly (if you have not done this already). Also, give special attention to characters like 2 or Z, 0 (zero) or O, 1 or I, 5 or S, 8 or B etc.

If one or more keys on the keyboard have become malfunctional, try logging in to your account through some other device (if you have not done this already) or consider using a different keyboard (if possible).

You can also try onscreen keyboard by press and hold the Windows key and hit the letter R. Type in OSK and hit enter. Try using the onscreen keyboard if the keyboard is not functioning correctly.

Most laptop keyboards do have the same problem regardless of the model. The keyboard gets the heat from the processor below which if gets high, short circuits the plastic sheet in the keyboard which caused the issues. The best way to avoid it up a certain extend is to introduce an insulator such as a cardboard sheet, etc under the keyboard while installing the new keyboard. Hope this helps.

Clean the keyboard wiith a compressed air can, if that doesn't do the trick try a usb keyboard, if the external keyboard works well then you need to replace the laptops keyboard.

Once you have checked the batteries in the keyboard or mouse, then push the tiny little button on the side of the computer around the peripheral plug ins. After pushing that, hit the connect button on the wireless device. They should be re-syncd.
