If you've ruled out that the source you're displaying from is good, I would contact vizio for a warranty repair

I hooked up my cable box up to my sceptre tv and it had sounds but the picture is black and white I even went and bought the blue and green cords but still only black and white

With the blue/green/red cords (Component) you need to get a very good bright light on the connectors so you get the plugged into the correct COMPONENT connectors on the TV. Note, there are white and red AUDIO plugs right near the COMPONENT input so you need to be VERY careful. If you get it wrong, the colors on screen are often off and even black&white.

How is your cable box connected to the TV? Screw on "COAXIAL", Yellow, Red, White "RCA", single flat connector "HDMI" or 5 colored plugs 2 X Red, 1 X White, 1 X Blue, 1 X Green "COMPONENT"

Martec ceeling fan/light wiring diagram needed or step by step guide for connecting wires.it was a mess and all not workin so need to get sorted asap.someone help.

depends on how your ceiling box is wired. if your box has a black, white, or green or bare ground you need to twist your blue and black wires together and connect to the black wire in the box connect white to white and green to the green/bare wire. if you have a three wire connection (black,red,white,green/bare) you connect red to blue black to black white to white and green to green/bare

black to black and white to white. black is hot wire, and white is the nuetral wire. the reason why lights are blinking is there is a watt governor in fan for lights its a little black box. if you remove box, and wire direct for lights. this should take care of the problem. have a good day !!

The screen has a box that says : 1:Analog input Self Test Feature Check Red (line across) Green (line across) Blue (line across) White (line across) if you push the menu botton you get a other screen...

The issue is that the monitor in not getting the signal. This tells me that the video adapter ( or on board video) has went bad. Try another video card if all your doing is social media and surfing you can pick one up for around 20.00

Is the black wire negitive and white wire postive

Hi,
The Black wire is the Hot or positive wire and the White wire is the nuetral or negative wire.
The green wire gets hooked to the frame or any metal part of the dishwasher...usually there is a green screw inside the little box where the wires hook up

Upon loading press F2 or del to enter bios setup and change the settings to display the acer welcome screen and the one you said about Microsoft logo and white box with green lines, you cant by pass it because it's windows loading screen

You have a focus/screen control box Find it and adjust the R/G/B screen drives When you first start Go to Menu turn Color off then with a mirror adjust the picture as close as you can to a black and white picture R/G/B screen drives, the little control box you are looking for will have 3 controls on top for focus and 3 controls under them for screen drives to each tube red,green,blue after you have adjusted to a black and white picture then go back and turn color on.

I think the video cable for my xbox is messed up. Why does it keep showing up these little circle things? Whenever I turn on my xbox it doesn't come up anything but a black screen with little circles...

NOT HD: Make sure red goes to red, white on white, and yellow on yellow, also make sure the switch that is on the xbox wire plug says TV not HD.

HD TV: Make sure red on red, white on white, yellow on yellow, blue on blue, green on green, etc. Also make sure the switch that is on the xbox wire plug says HD not TC

Dash stuck on the green screen

do a sw reset. turn the phone off, press and hold the soft keys (buttons with the lines on them above the home key and back arrow key) and hold it down.....press the power button while you are doing that until the white t-mobile screen will come on, then instead of going to the green windows mobile screen, a black screen with white writing......press the green button....it will get you in your phone but it will erase your info as a result....

Hi,Yes your problem sounds like the DMD board.This is how it works: http://electronics.howstuffworks.com/dlp1.htm Basically the light of the lamp goes through a tunnel that carries a color wheel(rotating disc with a gamma of colors that creates the colors on your tv)then the light of the lamp goes through the DMD board which is a chip composed of around 2 million pixels that creates the images and colors.When it starts to fail it will create black bars,pixelation,color distortion or white dots on screens.Found it right here http://www.discount-merchant.com/MITSUBISHI-RMD62-939P977A20-Light-Engine-p/1138084.htm?Click=48173 Have a blessed one!
