fist of all make sure that the file type of the movie is compatible with your computer's software and that its not corrupted and the download was complete, if you downloaded it from lime wire or a program alike it would be a common problem, try downloading another movie and if the problem persists post it here,

insert the acer 5738 driver cd and right click>open>xp>finger... click and install, then right click on my computer>manage>device manager> here check "personal identification devices", authenTec Inc should appear if installed properly.

If you are using the MS bluetooth stack, you must explicitly prepare your notebook to receive the file. You must have bluetooth icon in the notification area. Right click it and select something like 'Receive file' (sorry for not being more specific, since mine is in Portuguese). Only then, send the file from your mobile.

You either overloaded the processor or the available RAM. Also with these laptops and high end games...it is very easy to overheat them unless they are on a cooling pad with another external fan blowing cool air over them, without it they will shut down due to thermal overload....this is to keep them from melting something. Try checking with the support driver page for your laptop and see if there is a BIOS update that addresses the algorithym for fan speed, then pull the heat sink from the processor, clean everything up and apply a good thermal paste compound, then blow out all the airvents and make sure there are no restrictions.

put your mouse over the item then press down and hold left key then use your finger on the pad and just slide your finger across the pad,then when you get to were you want the item togo then just lift your finger off and let go of the left key.

goto your start menu and write in,, restore it should give you the options that you need,thats the easy way for you todo it.

Is this when connected to power source or on battery? If it is on battery the battery may need to have its memory refreshed. Turn the 5720 off, remove the battery, hold the on/off button down for 15 seconds and when done put it back together and turn it on. Good Luck

I have found this is usually the small button in the middle of the keyboard (mouse button) I have tried some software to remove this problem but it did not on my laptop I ended up carefully removing the key board and disconnecting the two wires that go to the button My cursors kept moving across the screen

Reload software

This can be accomplished a couple of ways. Depending on the model of your computer there may be a pressure sensitive switch under the mouse pad that pressing a little harder will actuate. Another method is there might be 'virtual' mouse buttons on your trackpad. Put one finger in the flower left corner and drag on the pad with another. Finally, there is a setting for a double click drag and drop. Tap the mouse pad twice and on the second tap keep your finger on the pad and move it. Good luck!

You have to first log into your account manually and by going to fingerprint application save you finger print within that application and then it will automatically get associated with you account and then only it will work

If you go to your start menu, look for a programme called 'acer crystal eye webcam' and that will bring up your webcam programme.
It is not in the folder 'Acer crystal eye webcam' though, just 'Crystal eye webcam'.

start \ all programmes \ Crystal Eye Webcam \ Crystal Eye Webcam.

If this proves fruitless, type webcam into the search option at the bottom of your start menu and look for the crystal eye webcam.

If these do not work, then look in your control panel to make sure it is installed. If not, contact company, they have a good customer service standard (from my experience)
