Cant find a driver for my new LG laptop with windows 7 starter

re download your driver. or may be your driver is for win 7 32 bit but your win7 is 64 bit

reinstall your printer by using this driver from Hp site

Get your drivers at www.hp.com/support. When you get to the support page, use the search box to find driver for the 4660 and the 4100. Make sure you get the version that is for your installed operating system.

I don't understand what two programs you want to 'combine'.

Is your laptop new? Running Windows 7? Please check the Microsoft compatability list for the devices you want to operate under 7. If they are listed, there may be special instructions there. If they are not listed, you may be out of luck.
