I have an older model Friigdaire gallery professional, electric range. Model# CFES387CF. I have had no problems at all with it. In fact it has been the best stove I have ever had. However two days ago the electronic control pad went blank. There is no light and not a chance of getting my oven to work. Is this an expensive repair? Can this even be fixed? I have unplugged the stove, shut off the breaker in a fulite attempt to reset the pad. Not a bleep or a light.

If the unit has a board, there should be a fuse to protect it. Look for that. If you find it, and it is blown, BE SURE TO REPLACE IT WITH THE EXACT SAME FUSE/

How do I remove the bottom drawer of a frigidaire gallery electric range

That's a great question, friend!

I see you question is labeled under model FGES3065KB. In order to remove the drawer on that specific Frigidaire range you would need to follow these steps:

1. Open the drawer to full position.

2. Locate the latches on both sides of the drawer.

3. Pull up on the left glide latch and push down on the right glide latch.

4. Pull the drawer away from your range.

I hope this information is helpful to you. -Matt

Why do my top burners do not work, but oven and inicator lights and clock work

Good Afternoon Friend, this is Z. I am happy to assist you!

I understand the burners on your Frigidaire range are working, however you are having trouble with your oven. Do you have an electric or gas range? Can you elaborate prior to your problems any other symptoms or specific error codes before having this issue? Also, may I have your model number please? The serial tag, which lists your model number, is typically located in the storage drawer, on the right side. With this information I can assist you better in pinpointing the problem. Thank you!

Frigidaire gallery professional series oven I have

Good Afternoon John, I am happy to assist you!

I understand you are seeking a manual and I'm assuming your model number is GLEFM397DS, posted above. If so, I have located the Owner's Guide on the manufacturer website. Here you will be able to access step by step instructions on how to operate the oven. I hope this information helps to some degree. If there is anything else that I can help you with, please feel free to reconnect!

Kenmore Electric Range Model #911 9237313-All burners quit at once?

Have you checked your fuse box. The Electric Range is on a separate circuit. Check to see if it is tripped or off.
If it has tripped and you reset it, that usually means there is a problem with the electric range.
Let me know if that helps.

Frigidaire Gallery Professional Series Oven Won't Turn On

Suspect a bad oven element. Worse case is a bad oven relay on the clock control board.

Top element wont heat wen oven is on bake

The top element normally operates only when you turn the temperature control all the up to the broil setting as it is the broiling element. If it doesn't work at the broil setting, suspect a bad brioler element or a faulty temperature control.

I need a manual

The model number should be posted on a nameplate near the oven door opening and/or lower drawer opening (if equipped). Sometimes the model number is located along the back of the operator console. You will need this model number in order to ensure you are getting the correct manual as all appliances are not the same with operation and features. Go to geappliances.com and click on the "Service and Support" link. On the next page is a heading for "Use and Care Manuals". Click on the link, type in your model number, and there should be a manual available for you to download in .pdf format (Adobe). I hope this helps you.
