H20 is indicating a problem with the incomong water supply.
Check the inlet hose/s for kinks or restriction.
Make sure water pressure is ok, and the valve is fully turned on.
Check the filter in the inlet valve is not blocked.

F08 is a sticking heater relay. First check that connections on pressure switch are good, Check that heater connections are good.Check the board connections.Check that pump filter is clear.

Seems that the pressure switch is jammed and so it does not cut off supply or is cutting off inlet water to the washer. Remove the lines to the pressure switch and reset, check the pressure switch diaphragm

I would suggest you turn the supply off to the washer, remove the hose/s, and check to see if water if present.

hi, in the uk the filter is behind a flap on the bottom/front of the machine, be careful as when you undo it some water will leak out, hope this helps
