It says you have two choices. The password jumper or the Clear CMOS
button. Both require you to open it up.

how did you clean by hand ? make sure all of you your drives power and data leads have secure connections make sure the CPU central processing unit has a dust free secure seating
did you move any wiring data or power leads
Test all leads power and data that attach from motherboard to your hard drive,IDE,SATA
make sure your computer ram modules have secure seatings with no dust in sockets
Cmos battery has charge with no dust in the socket some motherboards cmos batteries are soldered in
