You will probably need to send it in for repairs. There are fuses on the main board but those are definitly not for users to replace. If you remove the lens and the battery and let it sit for a few days then plug back in that may reset it but don't count on it. Hopefully you can get this fixed under warrenty (check store and nikons) but you may need to pay for it. Should be about $100 if the problem is fuses etc. Go to Nikons site go to support and find the repair depot nearest you and give them a call and you should be taking pics fairly quickly again.

Minolta Maxxum QT si---i just purchased one of these and it seems to work but when I turn it on nothing shows on display screen but flashing battery. I put new batteries in it and it stills shows nothing...

First, may I assume that you didn't buy it new? That it's been sitting on a shelf or in a drawer for quite some time? If so, there could be corrosion on the battery contacts. Try scrubbing the metal contacts with a cotton swab dampened with rubbing alcohol or vinegar. Let it dry and then try inserting the batteries again. The fact that you're getting the low-battery indicator is a hopeful sign, that the camera isn't completely dead.

Lens on my S7000 doesn't retract when switched off - now permanently extended - and camera dead

This is going to require service / repair at the shop, not something you will be able to correct.

Bike is dead. battery ok. not even a headlight???

The fuses are probably behind the trianglular plate on the right side of the bike. It may be that the bike has a security system on it as well and something has tripped it preventing it from being started.

Camera wont turn on.

try replacing the battery. Check best buy, radioshack or other camera dealers for a battery. Possible deadcell battery. These lith-ion batteries die with no warning. If there is no change, the camera is defective!! hopefully htis helps

NIKON D80 MY CAMERA IS DEAD

if after replacing the batteries with new ones or freshly charged ones your camera does not start up, high chances that something internal has failed - that needs some professional checks to be done. The cam is built to identify and report most issues that can be corrected by the user. so if it does not turn on, chances are you need support from a camera repair shop. (Alt : one step that you already tried could have helped is the factory reset - there should be one or two buttons on the cam that needs to be pressed together to reset the cam)

Nothing works

Remove batteries and clean contacts both inside the battery chamber and on the chamber lid/cover.( use something slightly abrasive ). If this doesnt help replace fire fuse situated on the main pc board ( underneeth rear cover ).

No power

first it is not the volt but the current the barrery is having. check it with milliampere meter, because even a recently dead battery may show you proper voltages. second yes there are safety fuses in the power section near the battery terminals and power socket. try locating and check for continuty.
