I have a Husky pressure washer w Honda GCV 160. The watwer won't come out the opening the pressure hose attaches to. The inlet is attached to the garden hose but water does not come out the outlet to the pressure hose ?

I thought this would be "Live Chat ?" In response to your response...I opened up a few places to see if water from the inlet flowed out and it did in some of the places but not up thru the outlet pipe to the pressure hose. ?

Well, I am not setup for live chat... think they offer that for the "Experts" but you end up paying for that I believe..

Getting water through part of it.... there are not that many parts to the pumps... does it buld up pressure in the hose? The outlet you plug the hose into usually has a check valve like an air hose to keep the water from going out it if the hose is removed....

Inlet-pump-pressure relief-outlet-hose-spray handle valve. all thier is to them....

Does the engine sound like it is turning the pump over?

I need a owners manual for a pressure wahser GCV 160 from honda

MiTM will have that. See mitm.com Honda makes the motor but not the pressure washer. Honda does have manuals if you need one for that GCV160 motor.

Devilbis Excell pressure washer with Honda engine runs smoothly without wand, but stalls when wand is attached.

If the pressure unloader is not working correctly and/or the nozzle is partially clogged with debris, the engine will be overtasked. Try lowering the pressure by turning the pressure knob to lowest setting and test. If the engine continues to run, gradually increase the pressure. Try using the washer set to about 75% of rated capacity and use max pressure for stubborn stains. Using any machine at max will shorten the life of components. If lowering pressure does not help, then unloader is faulty or stuck. Try storing the unit with oil in the pump. Remove both hoses and infuse oil into water inlet intill all the water is displaced (let set for day or two). Good luck

Husky pressure washer 80432. 1 year old. worked before the winter. no pressure this summer. honda engine runs fine. replaced the pump from the bottom of the engine down... still doesn't pressurize. ...

Check the inlet strainer where the water supply hose is attached, this is located just inside the coupling where you hook up the water hose.

My Husky pressure washer 2600 psi powered by a gcv 160 Honda. Engine starts no pressure other then from water source and soap is not being dispensed

It sounds like the (RMW 2.2 G24) pump has gone out. Mine had this problem after about 6 hours of use. I was able to order a new pump for around $160.00, and then installed it myself. Go figure it was just out of warranty. I think my next pressure washer will be one with a professional pump as I was told the one on my husky is only rated for about 40 hours of use.

Husky 1650 PSI power washer hose got brittle and broke.

If the $$ that you Husky Dealer is asking is to tall, try a garage that make brake hoses. Take the hose with you and many times they can remove your nozzle and install it on a new piece of hose. MAKE SURE that they understand that this hose is for a pressure washer...DO NOT use just any hose...it MUST be a high pressure rated hose.

Husky power washer no presure?

Found an easy solution to my problem. Was dumping pressure out the bottom when I pushed the trigger. Turned out the line my hose reeler that my hose was running off of was kinked. Only partial pressure was going from the house hose to the pressure washer. I attached my house directly into the house, bypassing the hose reeler, and it worked fine. Apparently, you need a certain amount of pressure going into the washer for it to work.
