    My Dear, as i knows M2 means consumables life over, dont disturb any one if you dont have solution. This problem i had fix already. in future if you want to know how then you can ask

You can reset (M2) by reset clear data
Enter to service mode By Pressing :
Utility - clear -0 - 0 - clear -0 - 1
Press ADJUST
Press CLEAR DATA
Turn OFF Copier and Switch it ON

M2 means it already reach its copy life of the drum and developer. a service technician can only do this.
