I use a Logitech K340 keyboard. When I try to get a screen print and press the screen print/home key, I am immediately taken home. I cannot print the secren. Please twll me how to get round this. Thanks
The key concerned has red and white print.....Print Scr in red at the top and Home in white below. All F keys are also white (for F1 - F2, etc) and red for their function. I haven't been able to change their functions via my Control Panel keyboard access either.
I also wondered if using the shift key as I pressed the print screen key might work but no go.

Ok is the word prtsc in a blue or bluish color if so look for a fn key that is in the same color then hold fn and the home key that should make it work

Just Pres Prt Sc Sys Rq on your keyboard.
press windows key + R
type 'pbrush'
hit enter
it open paint
ctrl+V to paste the screen you just print screen.. Simple.. :) ;)
I've Highlighted the Key in this image. If You are using windows you need to open "paint" or another image program and paste what you captured by pressing ctrl+v. then save it.
Have you tried the On-screen keyboard? You didn't specify an exact operating system, so I'll assume you're running windows 7 Start --> All Programs --> Accessories --> Ease of Access --> On-screen keyboard then try to enable wireless from there
First: Recheck battery placement - positive and negative ends of batteries must be correctly positioned. Your keyboard batteries have a 3-year life, so they should not have any problem after using your keyboard for only a month.
Second: Most Logitech (and other brands) have a one-year warranty. Since you're already having problems with your keyboard I would suggest returning it to place of purchase for replacement.

when you press the printscreen key it will copy to clipboard. It's much easier to just press print screen and the bring up word pad or you favorite word processing program and simply push Ctrl+V...this will paste it to word pad (or whatever.
