It depends what program you want it for. You should be able to go into the insert settings of the program, and input a code for the rupee symbol. If not, maunally add it in at control panel.

If you have a extern video graphic cardPlease check if your motherboard has an onboard video. (INTEL motherboards for example) If so, go to the BIOS and disable it. I had the same problem and not only with Logitec. I disabled the onboard video and no problem anymore! It has something to do with windows updates, I presume. But the problem is solved.
