Okay... I have a brans new computer. I tried to download the Samsung YP-T9J disc and it told me that only XP was going to work with it. For the life of me I can't find any Upgrade software for it. Am I just going to have to buy a whole new one? I've only had this one about 6 months...
Samsung has a new version of Media Studio 5 available for download at its Web site. It isn't the exact model version, but seems to work.

Ligo o cabo ao mp3 e ao computador e ele carrega o m3p mas n me e´detectado no MEU COMPUTADOR... assim n consigo aceder ao samsung...

Here's what you do to get this to work. Very simple...Download Samsung Media studio. Start the Media Studio, after it has started plug in your mp3 player. It may freeze, but that's OK. Once media is runnning and the player is plugged in. now all you have to do is reset the mp3 player by pressing the record and menu button at the same time. be sure it still plugged in and Media is running. let me know if this works.
Windows vista does not recognize this usb device. software will not load from disk. cannot charge up my YPT9 mp3 player now that I have windows vista. Please help.

I have the same problem. Called Samsung Support and all the guy told me is that "It should work" however he didn't explain how to get it to work on Vista. I'm pretty surprised because I purchased the Samsung YPt9 from Best Buy only a year ago when Vista was being sold. I think Samsung just wants people to upgrade to their newer mp3 player...no surprise there.
I cannot download music to my YP-T9J, it says it is not compatible with my software. I currently can only get Media Player 9.0 nothing higher...any advice on how to download music?
i have the same phroblem and the guy at samsung tech support said to do a firmware update. now iv done it it still dusent work
tried plugging in my YPT9 to my laptop which has windows Vista, and the USB connected screen pops up, then it freezes, what is going on??? I don't want to drive somewhere just to use another computer to download songs onto it...is there a solution?
i have Samsung YP-T9JQB/XET and its made in china. i cant find a compatible driver for Windows XP everytime i get connect to my PC its always asking for a DRIVER.. Please anyone can help me or anyone knows the website where i can find a compatible driver for may MP3 player.
