Check the specification of your MP3 player to determine the type of video file format it uses. Most common video files that MP3 players use are, AVI and WMV, there may be others such as FLV, MOV and DivX. If your player cannot play a video then it is an incompatible video file format, then you need to convert that video file to a format that your MP3 player uses. After video conversion then copy the video files to your MP3 player using the USB cable from your computer. Hi rashidthahee...

The music format for you player is MP3 and WMA music files, they are compatible with your player.
main_dot.gifMP1 or MP2 files which only have a changed extension to MP3 may not play on the player.

Connect it with the USB cable and if that dosen't work install the software that came with it. If your memory card for the device is removable use an adapter to connect the card to the PC.

Deleting Files,Pictures,Videos,Audio
Books, etc. from MP3 Player/Ipod
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hook up your mp3 player to your computer
Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer"
When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal
Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there.
Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on
"Open" and now your files/songs should be visible.
Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you
do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release,
right click and then click on "Delete"
Now you mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want.
Be careful and do not delete files needed to operate your MP3 player.
Good Luck,
I hope this helps

Mine had the same problem and here's how I fixed it :
First, connect your YP T9 to your PC

Once connected, on your PC go to :
-Start
-Control Panel
-System
-Hardware
-Device Manager

Then you'll se your YP T9 appear under either "portable devices" or Universal USB or USB something...And since it's not working properly, you should see a yellow exclamation point besides it.

Then click on the YP T9 with the exclamation point and right click again on it, then press "update driver"...Then follow Window's instruction to update it, it's quite easy...

That should do it! : )
