The drum cleanig blade of your Samsung has unfortunate a crack (or a scrape) in the middle and in that place it does not clean the drum between rotations, so there you'll have toner powder remaining from all the letters in the middle that where not cleaned from the drum.
So, you should replace the drum cleanig blade or ask a professionist to do it.
Replace the drum as well, if you are there, it's better to give a new drum to a new blade.

90% or more of the time on this printer dark lines are coming from your toner/drum cartridge. You can verify this by changing cartridges if you have a spare. If you don't then remove the cartridge and look at the colored cylinder in the cartridge and see if the same "lines" are on the cylinder that are on your prints. This will tell you for sure that the cartridge is bad.
The fuser is located in the back of the printer. I think it's held in by to screws. It's about hte same size as the toner cartridge. Please visit these websites.
first of all try to make a copy..when you make a copy if you get lines..then clean the scanner glass and the rollers..if its still the same..connect the printer directlu to the wall outlet and then check
