I have this problem many times with this model. There are NO damaged fuses. Power supply board is defective. I think that there is nothing you can do in this case! Sorry:(

Check the paper tray. There's a latch along the lower left edge that's supposed to let the paper pop up when the tray is inserted so it can feed. If the tray looks OK, check the paper path again and look for a torn off piece of something in there. All it takes is one little piece of paper jammed in there to make the light come on. Use a flashlight and try blowing some air through it with the tray out, back door open and cartridge removed.

problem with Samsung ML2250 laser printer when power on the printer it is blinking green light after few second red light is blinking what is the problem. i am changing the fuser & toner also when i got same problem please help me to give better solution.

You likely need a new fuser. You can order one from Samsung's website or do a www.froogle.com search for your printer's model number.
