Symptoms:
on power up the dishwasher goes into a 2 minute drain cycle displayed on front panel without any water in dishwasher, after two minute duration the dishwasher power down. This step is reproduced if power switch is depressed.(i poured water into the dishwasher and its evacuate in process)
The LED that provide information about cycles on top of door lid are not lite. the temp buttons can activated and deactivated. i manage to get the dishwasher go into a diagnostic cycle (i think) it's front displayed a d2 and then in commenced to count down from 8 to 1 and then went into a rinse cycle (the LED rinse came on top of door lid) the front information went through a normal LED cycle and then displayed 3 minutes with the rinse cycle as normal expect it did not run water through sprinkler heads.
Tried to repeat rinse cycle but it goes back to a 2 minute drain cycle without water.
i have disconnected the power hoping it would reset.

Installation Procedure.
The following steps will let you know how you can install a new dishwasher. We have assumed that you are replacing an old dishwasher with a new one. Therefore, the procedure starts from removing the old dishwasher first and then installing the new one.
Steps
1. Turn off the water supply at the valve. Usually this valve will be under the sink.
2. Run the hot water on the sink to insure that the water has been shut off. With older houses, the shut of valve may be damaged and it will need replacing. If this is the case then the water will either have to be turn of at the house main or at the street.
3. At the electrical service panel, switch off the power for the dishwasher.
4. At the top of the dishwasher counter flange, you will find some screws. Unscrew them with the screwdriver to remove them.
5. Now pull out the bottom cover.
6. Be very careful. Make sure that you have turned off the power. Open the electrical box to confirm the same. You can do it by attaching the black multimeter contact to the ground and then touching the red contact to the white wire and the black wire.
7. At the end of the wires, attach wire nuts. Now remove the wires from the terminal screws and tuck them out of the way.
8. Find out where is the water supply under the washer.
9. Disconnect the water supply line from the water inlet by removing the nut.
10. Loosen the clamp and remove the hose to disconnect the drain hose from beneath the sink.
11. After disconnecting all the attachments, place a blanket in front of the dishwasher, slowly lift up the dishwasher and put it onto the blanket.
12. Keep a towel ready with you because in this process of lifting up the dishwasher and putting it onto the blanket, some water may spill out. If it happens, just wipe it with the towel.
13. Now that you have removed the old dishwasher, clean the area where the old dishwasher was placed and where you have to install the new one.
14. Position the new dishwasher on its back.
15. Connect the drain hose with a compression clamp.
16. Wrap the water line connection with Teflon tape and attach the 90-degree brass fitting that is used to connect the water line, also known as dishwasher 90.
17. Adjust the front legs of the new dishwasher downward so that you can easily slide the unit into place. Meanwhile, with the help of an assistant, slide the drain hose also under the sink.
18. Connect the water line underneath the dishwasher to the dishwasher 90.
19. Pass the electric cable through the sleeve on the dishwasher and tighten the same so that the cable could not be pulled out.
20. Now make all the connections of the wire ? ground wire to the green screw, white wire to white wire, and black wire to black wire. Use wire nuts to secure the connection.
21. Connect the new drain hose at its previous position.
22. Fill the water line by opening the hot water valve.
23. Carefully examine if there is any leaks.
24. If any leaks occur, recheck all the connections and test again.
25. Once you are sure that there is no leaks or problem as such, go ahead.
26. Adjust front legs of the dishwasher and position it properly on a level.
27. Drive the small mounting screws into the underside of the countertop through the flange in order to attach the dishwasher to the countertop.
28. Turn on the power and your dishwasher is ready to act.

Hi
OE in your dishwasher is a
drain error and dishwasher not draining issue usually occurs due to kinked
drain pipe, clogged drain filter or drain pump. First make sure that the drain
is not clogged and remove clogs if present. If no visible lint is present then
remove the lower front access panel to check the drain filter and drain pump
for any clogs, you'll need to clean the drain filter and drain pump completely.
Also, check for any food pieces stuck near the pump impeller & clean the
chopper assembly. If the issue
returns after cleaning then the drain pump assembly should be replaced. Hope
this helps...please post back for further assistance.

Usually answered in minutes!
After normal wash, dishwasher didn't fully drain. I've held the the Drain/Canel button, but it can only be accessed while the door is open.
