I can navigate the menu, but the copy files is not highlighted, and will not allow me to copy or transfer files. I'd like to get a new instruction sheet, if possible. I visited PanDigital's website. Not very user friendly. Thank you :o) I had to enter the Nikon Camera because digital photo frames are not listed. I couldn't get past thhe product type. Downloading photos from computer to phillips 8ff2fpb photoframe

Your PhotoFrame does not have internal memory acording to the Phillips data sheet, therefore you need to load your pictures directly onto a memory card (one from your camera will proabably work.) If that isn't convenient, you can generally get a good price on a SD memory card which is supported by your PhotoFrame.

If you wnat to transfer pictures from your PC to the memory card and have a card reader, you can transfer the pictures in Windows Explorier from your PC to the memory card and then plug the card into your PhotoFrame. If you do not have a card reader, plug the memory card into the PhotoFrame and connect it to your PC using a USB cable (you may have to buy one as acording to the Phillips data sheet it is not supplied.) When the PhotoFrame is pluged in it will appear in Windows Explorier as a new hard drive, and you can copy your pictures to it.

I hope this helps,

Mike
