Crescent-shaped burns on clothes from dryer

Hello Friend, Your problem is very simple to fix. You need to replace the Rear drum support rollers. To replace the Rear drum support rollers just remove front of dryer body exposing the drum, look under the drum and you will see the belt and tention wheel in front of the motor. Now, release the tention on the belt and remove belt from motor shaft. At this point you can remove the drum up and out of the dryer cabinet. Look towards the rear of the dryer cabinet and you will see the rear drum rollers. The roller on the left has a support strap held on by a press on clip. just pry this clip off and remove support bar. Now there will be a plactic triangular clip holding the roller in place. Just remove the plastic clip and replace roller. The roller on the right just has the triangle plastic clip just remove and replace that roller as well. Be sure to lubricate the roller shafts with some 3 in one oil prior to re-installing the new rollers. Make sure you re-install all of the retaining clips.
