Hello Friend, Your problem is very simple to fix. You need to replace the Rear drum support rollers. To replace the Rear drum support rollers just remove front of dryer body exposing the drum, look under the drum and you will see the belt and tention wheel in front of the motor. Now, release the tention on the belt and remove belt from motor shaft. At this point you can remove the drum up and out of the dryer cabinet. Look towards the rear of the dryer cabinet and you will see the rear drum rollers. The roller on the left has a support strap held on by a press on clip. just pry this clip off and remove support bar. Now there will be a plactic triangular clip holding the roller in place. Just remove the plastic clip and replace roller. The roller on the right just has the triangle plastic clip just remove and replace that roller as well. Be sure to lubricate the roller shafts with some 3 in one oil prior to re-installing the new rollers. Make sure you re-install all of the retaining clips. After re-assymbly of your dryer if should run like new. Happy to help, Tim. And please don't forget to give me your rating for my help. Thanks.

MY FRIGIDAIRE ELECTRIC DRYER IS LEAVING BURN MARKS ON CLOTHES,WHAT IS CAUSING PROBLEM

Assuming that you have the correct temperature selected for your clothes, there are two likely causes:

If the clothes are showing randomly shaped burn marks, the dryer is overheating. This would be accompanied by a burnt smell on the clothes. The high limit thermostat is the culprit.

If the burn marks are dark streaks, the clothes are getting pinched between the drum and the inside of the dryer that does not move. This is caused by worn bearings, slides or rollers. Should you choose to repair this yourself, there is a great deal on a kit with all of the parts you need plus a new belt for only $32 here:

My front loader gas Duet dryer has left brownish stains

Sounds like bad drum seals. Check all the way around the drum at the wall for sections of seals missing or an uneven gap around the drum at the wall.

Hope this helps.

Brown spots on clean white clothes

The drum seal is bad in your dryer. Those brown spots are burn marks. It's actually burning your clothes. Unfortunately this is not an easy fix. The same thing happened to my wife and I. I can fix many things, but I decided this wasn't worth fixing since I'd have to take apart the whole dryer to fix it. It would've been very time consuming and you'd have to have the technical ability to tackle the job. We just bought a new dryer.
