My Subwooofer only works intermittently when I move the gain dial. When left in any position it doesn't put out any audio. Sometimes I can push the dial to the right and get it to work when I hold it with my hand. The woofer does work. When I connect the cable from my receiver, it fires for like a half a second. Is there a fix I can do myself or should I take it for repair. I am a technical enough to try something on my own. Thanks.

Try using "Tuner wash" if your lucky it's just a bad volume antenuator. It can be found at any electronics parts store. ie. Radio Shack. Pull the knob off, put a rag around any area that you do not want to spray, then spray the control. Let it sit for a couple, work the control back and forth then spray again. Let it set for a few then test. If that does not work you can replace the knob relatively inexpensively at Radio Shack as well. Hope this helps

Needle position adjusting dial not working

The needle, on the other hand, does not move in either direction, and the dial emits an audible beep beep noise, as if I had moved it too far in either direction . Because of this behavior, it appears as though I have gone beyond the dial's maximum adjustment range.

Very week sound

Definitely need more info - such as type of amplifier or receiver, how many speakers you are running, whether the subwoofer is powered or not.
As a simple test procedure: Disconnect all speakers and plug in a pair of headphones. Get a strong audio signal? Good, move on. No signal or week signal, you have an amplifier issue before the audio even gets to the speakers.
Next: Disconnect all speakers, turn the volume down, and connect one speaker to the left output channel. Slowly increase the volume. If that works, do the same on the right channel. Everything OK? You're putting out enough gain on both channels. Sometimes one channel goes bad. You can still listen to your sound in mono moder, or drive two speakers from the single working output. Not stereo, but dual mono. Move on.
Connect left and right speakers but not the subwoofer. Repeat the test. Whatever is left is probably the problem. If the subwoofer is powered, check the power supply or incoming voltage. If the other speakers are driven off the subwoofer or powered from there, that's likely the problem.

Check charging system light comes on intermittant, 2006 taurus, any speed and any load, battery good, alternator replaced problem persists before and after

Check to ensure that the belt is tight. Sometimes the tensioner for the serpentine belt sticks and doesn't properly tension the belt. Usually there's a square hole in the tensioner that one can place a breaker bar into to gain leverage to move the tensioner.

I have a c410a premium hp all in one printer. I cleared out the paper jam, but now the feeder doesn't work and the cartridge box rests on the left side.

Hello.
Try unplugging the printer from the power, manually moving the cartridge box to the correct position and turning the printer back on.
Sometimes the printer looses its positioning of the heads and this can sometimes help.

How do you position the needle/ with which lever or dial? location?

Your model doesn't have a specific needle position adjustment. But you could try this - set it to the shell stitch or lingerie stitch on the stitch selector but leave the stitch width setting on zero, this may move the needle to the left most position with any luck.

Other possibility is to put it in a step of the buttonhole sequence, but again leave stitch width on zero and see if this moves the needle bar to the right or left for you.

Blinker works intermittently

more than likely u have a bad flasher. to use it in the meantime, do this: push the lever just enuff to see the arrow flashing (before it starts buzzing), then hesitate briefly and slowly move the lever into the full position. or if u prefer u can hold the lever at the flash until your turn is made.
